Ashtons Automotive is an independent, family-run, local garage based near Boroughbridge and Knaresborough offering a wide range of services for all makes and models of car and light commercial vehicles.

Our services include MOT testing, general repairs, diagnostic testing and free vehicle health checks. Every service we offer is carried out expertly, quickly and at a competitive price.

Our Head Mechanic has been in the motor industry since he was an apprentice, rising to second-in-command of a prestige dealer for 8 years before joining Ashtons Automotive. We are proud of the expertise and experience he has to lead our team of technicians who maintain the highest standards in all the work they do.

No problem is too big or too small for us to fix, and we’re now fully qualified to offer our full range of services to electric and hybrid vehicles too. We use only genuine parts and specialist equipment and tools, so you can rest assured that your vehicle is in safe hands at Ashtons Automotive.
